A Three-year Qualification in Accounting / Finance / Business or (Administration) /
Operations Management / Information Technology / Clinical Qualification. 5 years’

Three-year tertiary Qualification in Management Services / Operations Management
/ Production Management / Industrial Psychology (Human Resource Management /

should be supplemented by the certificate in either Applied Organisational
Development Programme or Work-Study). Job Evaluation certificate is also required.
4 years’ functional experience in organisational development environment, of which
two (2) years as a Senior Practitioner or equivalent level.
