Operations Manager required for 5* lodge, to ensure efficient lodge operations, control financial expenditure and maintain service excellence. The candidate must manage and direct day to day operations of the lodge, control all budgets and expenses, guest services, manage maintenance, monitor housekeeping, communicate with all department heads. Candidate must have formal hospitality qualifications, minimum of 5 years previous management experience in the hospitality industry, drivers licence, computer literate, admin and basic accounting skills, experience in compiling budgets.
