As F&A Manager, you will work with the Chief of Party and all members of the Management Team and MSH/Boston to ensure that the Project utilizes effective project information and tracking systems including financial and contractual data and other information.  You will supervise finance and administrative staff including oversight of those in regional offices, and provides for their training and capacity building.  In partnership with other project senior managers, you will provide counsel and analysis in support of the decision making process; coordinate with the Business Information System (BIS) at MSH/Boston and financial and management systems of the other partners of the consortium; and support the financial and administrative components of institutional development of other counterpart organizations as part of the project\\\'s implementation.   This position is contingent upon MSH receiving the project award.


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


 



  • 1. CPA, CMA or MBA preferred; BS in accounting with equivalent relevant experience may be acceptable with at least 10 years of accounting and direct supervisory experience

  • 2. Extensive knowledge of and experience with U.S. Government regulations; direct USAID and/or other experience strongly preferred

  • 3. High degree of personal and professional integrity

  • 4. Fluency in Portuguese and English, including speaking, writing, and reading
